Our iOS app uses Firebase Analytics to understand app usage:

• No personal identification or artwork content

Terms of Service for JigglyPaint

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using JigglyPaint, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

JigglyPaint is a creative drawing app that allows users to create animated artwork with wiggle effects, export as GIFs, and share in a gallery where other users can view and vote on artwork.

3. User-Generated Content Policy

ZERO TOLERANCE. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for the following:

• Offensive, violent, sexually explicit, or inappropriate content
• Bullying, harassment, or abuse of other users
• Content that objectifies real people
• Physical threats or intimidation
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

Content that violates these rules will be removed immediately. Users who violate these rules will be permanently blocked from the service.

4. Content Moderation

• Reporting: Users can report inappropriate content via the in-app report button or our Discord channel
• Response time: We review and act on all reports within 24 hours
• Blocking: Users can hide individual posts and block other users at any time
• Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user without prior notice

5. User Content Ownership

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of all artwork you create
• License: By posting to the gallery, you grant JigglyPaint a non-exclusive license to display your content within the app
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you create and share

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use JigglyPaint only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Use automated means to access the service

7. Intellectual Property

JigglyPaint is based on the original WigglyPaint by Internet Janitor, built with Decker. The iOS app extends the original web tool with additional features.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

JigglyPaint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of JigglyPaint.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms or discontinue JigglyPaint at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
